We would like to welcome 2 more new athletes to Team Anna Marie.
Michael Bowen is coming to the team to run. He will be participating in some running events including the Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon in Atlanta on Thanksgiving Day. Michael also has experiences putting together runs and has put together 5K's in his hometown of Charlotte, NC. So he has offered to help spearhead a local run. More details to follow on this fun upcoming run to benefit Anna Marie.
Nick Spletstoser is coming on to participate as our very first triathalon athlete. In Jun 09, he will be participating in the Lake Lanier Triathalon and potentially another one in the same month.
Thank you to our athletes, we now have 4 members of Team Anna Marie. We have 3 runners and 1 doing a triathalon. If your interested in participating as an athlete, volunteer to pass out fliers at events, a fan, or in some other capacity then we would love to have you. Also, we are looking for corporate sponsors if you know of someone or can sponsor us just contact me at markdingess@gmail.com or call 404-348-7681. Remember, whatever your sport, we need athletes.
